Mexican Cooked Rice

Ingredient: (for 4 persons)

Method of provision

  • Rice: five measures
  • Salt: four teaspoons
  • Onion: one
  • Garlic: two cubes
  • Belly pepper: 2
  • Vegetable oil: half of glass
  • Baked chicken: 750 gr
  • Mushroom: 250 gr
  • Salt and pepper to required and enough amount
  • Saffron: one teaspoons
  • Butter: 100 gr
  • Cut peppermint and parsley: one tablespoon

Method of provision

Rice should previously be soaked and/or soak rice one day before. Then, pound garlic and onion into pieces and then should be heated. Apply crushed belly pepper to onion. Cut chick into large chops and fry it in a little oil. After crushing, mushroom should be added to the aforesaid mix. Then, apply green peas, peppermint, parsley, salt and pepper. A small amount of saffron should be solved and then should be added to the mix. Let it to be evaporated completely and strain rice according to the instruction. Oil should be applied on floor of saucepan. Then, apply a little rice on saucepan and mixed materials should be added the rice. Repeat it until all materials are ended and let it be drawn on temperature for a period of one hour. If cooked and boiled rice in wanted to be prepared on stove, its need 175 degrees of centigrade for a period of one and a half hour.
