Skewer Kebab (Shish Kebab)

Ingredient: (for 4 persons)

Method of provision

  • Cleaned fillet meat: one kg
  • Belly pepper (green pepper): 2 to 3
  • White tiny-sliced onion: 250 gr
  • Tiny-sliced tomato: 12
  • Yogurt: one cup
  • Grated onion: one soupspoons
  • Lemon juice: two soupspoons
  • Rubbed saffron: one teaspoons
  • Pounded pepper: one teaspoons

Method of provision

Saffron is solved in a little boiled water. The content is poured in yogurt. Then, grated onion, pounded pepper and lemon juice is added and mixed. Meat are cut in cubic forms, the same as width of cut finger, and then are put in yeast of yogurt for a period of 10 to 12 hours. Onions are peeled and peppers are cut. Meat, pepper, tomato and onion are put on skewer alternatively (one by one). Meats are roasted on a mild heat temperature and then kebabs are poured on a round bowl. Then, apply a little salt on it. Finally put a little butter on them.
